Safe to let someone in

Letting a stranger into your home, or waiting next to your car, is a risk to your safety. LOKISA is designed to reduce it.

Before they quote

  • Every provider passes LOKISA’s ID and selfie checks, and is approved, before they can quote.
  • Your name, street address, exact location and profile are never shown to any provider except those you allow to inspect or work on your property or car.
  • Messages stay in the app, with numbers and emails hidden until you accept a quote, so everything is on record.

At your door

  • You see the name and photo of the person coming, even when a provider sends one of their team.
  • When they arrive, confirm it is the person shown. If it is not, LOKISA is alerted straight away.
  • A safety check-in tells someone you trust who is coming and when, with a link they can follow.
  • The 🆘 button calls the police or your emergency contact in one tap.

With your money

  • You never pay a deposit.
  • The provider is paid only after you confirm the work is done.
  • If the provider does not arrive, you are refunded.
  • Report a concern at any time. The person you report is not told who reported them.

  6. Confirm, then he’s paid

    The provider is paid only after you confirm. If he doesn’t arrive, you are refunded.
